Most placements are published within 5–10 business days of order confirmation. Your dashboard shows the current status at every stage, from order placed, to article in review, to live link. You'll receive a notification when your link is published.

Yes, always. After our writers complete the article, it is sent to your dashboard for approval. You can request revisions before approving publication. We do not publish anything without your sign-off.

We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Bank transfer is available for orders over £500. Invoicing is available for agencies on a monthly billing arrangement, contact our team to set this up.

We require all publishers to maintain links for a minimum of 12 months. If a link is removed within that period, we will replace it with an equivalent placement at no additional cost. After 12 months, links are maintained at the publisher's discretion, we monitor for removals and notify you immediately if one occurs.
